When you submit the service request form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, contact information, vehicle details and message. We use that information to respond to your request, create or update your customer record in our customer relationship management system, and operate the shop.

If you separately check the optional text-message consent box, we may call or text you about that service request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

To help identify the source of a request, prevent spam and troubleshoot delivery, the form may also record referral and campaign information, pages viewed during the visit, browser and device details, IP address and an approximate city or region derived from the network connection. We do not use this information for precise location tracking.

Form messages are delivered through our email and customer relationship management service providers. We do not sell submitted personal information. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The production website may use analytics to understand aggregate site usage and measure calls, directions and service requests.
